Relationship Passport
Privacy policy
Effective September 30, 2026
This policy explains how we handle information on this website and when you use Passport’s member services.
Information we collect
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your email. When you use member services, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, mobile number, age, location, travel availability, interests, profile text, and photos. We also keep booking, payment-status, attendance, referral, credit, and feedback records associated with your account.
Our hosting and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to operate and secure the service. Account services may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in and session preferences. This public information website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify phone numbers, manage reservations and memberships, organize experiences, process referral rewards, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Profile details help us plan groups and support connections after shared events.
Phone verification and SMS
When you request a verification code, we use your mobile number to send a one-time code through Twilio. Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Requesting a verification code does not subscribe you to marketing texts.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with verification and delivery providers only as needed to provide the requested service and prevent fraud.
Who receives information
Service providers process information needed for hosting, sign-in, verification, payments, and support. These include our ChatGPT Sites hosting and sign-in services, Twilio for verification, and Stripe when checkout is available. Payment details entered into Stripe checkout are processed by Stripe; Passport does not store full payment-card numbers.
Organizers can access relevant attendee information to operate an event. People who attended the same dinner may see your member profile and photos through Passport’s post-event features. Your phone number and private feedback are not included in the attendee profile view. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service.
Storage and retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate your account, provide requested services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You can edit available profile fields in your account. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
Adults only
Passport member services and experiences are intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
